Cancellation Policy

Terms and Conditions Welcome to Vibe Tribe! By participating in our classes, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully to ensure your understanding and compliance. 1. Health and Safety Disclosure: - Participants are required to inform Vibe Tribe instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or any other circumstances that may impact their ability to safely participate in classes. - It is your responsibility to seek medical advice before participating in any class if you are unsure about your ability to participate safely. 2. Assumption of Risk: - By participating in Vibe Tribe classes, you acknowledge and accept that dance and fitness activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. - Participants assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages arising from their participation, except where Vibe Tribe has been clearly and visibly negligent. 3. Limitation of Liability: - Vibe Tribe and its instructors will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe environment for participants. However, Vibe Tribe is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur during or after the class unless it is demonstrably due to the visible negligence of our staff. - Participants waive any claims against Vibe Tribe, its staff, or affiliated individuals for injuries, damages, or losses incurred while participating in our programs. 4. Attendance and Punctuality: - Participants are expected to arrive on time for classes to ensure they receive a proper warm-up and minimise the risk of injury. Late arrivals (more than 5 minutes) will not be allowed to participate. 5. Behaviour and Etiquette: - Participants must conduct themselves respectfully towards instructors, staff, and fellow participants. Vibe Tribe reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who fails to adhere to these guidelines. 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy Refunds for classes or memberships are only available with more than 12 hours notice before the start of the class. Monthly subscriptions must email info@vibetribedance.co.uk with 1 month notice to cancel.
