How long is a VIBE TRIBE party?

Our dance parties are 90 minutes long which will include: bubbly for the tribe, our fabulous glitter station, group photos, full masterclass with working professionals incl. personalised choreography to your favourite song and opportunity to have the routine filmed.

What should I wear?

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable to dance in, although we believe the sassier the better! We welcome hen party costumes, hen party sashes and any other hen party fancy dress you want to wear to make you look and feel fabulous for your dance party! 

How is payment arranged?

All payments are done by bank transfer. We simply require a £30 deposit when you book with us. Full payment is then required  7 days prior to the party so we can work on all the final details for your boutique experience.

What if numbers change in our group?

We understand that sometimes numbers can go up and down when booking a hen weekend/party, so we do try to be flexible where possible. If numbers change before the final balance is paid, we can adjust your invoice accordingly (if numbers drop below 8, we will still have to charge a flat fee for the minimum 8 people). However, after the final balance has been paid we cannot offer refunds for any last minute drop-outs or cancellations.

There’s less than 8 of us in our group, can we still book a party?

YES! We will just charge the flat fee for the ‘minimum 8’ party and you just need to split the cost of the class between you and your VIBE TRIBE.

Can you choreograph a routine for us to perform at a wedding / event?

.Absolutely! We’re more than happy for you to show off your routine! Feel free to let us know in advance the particular details and we will tailor the routine to spice up that special day!

What happens if we're running late on the day?

Unfortunately, if you’re running late for a class, we cannot change class times last minute, or run over, as venues and instructors for the classes have been hired out for specific times at a fixed fee. Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds because of classes missed due to lateness, as we are still required to pay the venue hire and instructor fee.

What happens if we need to cancel our party?

We understand that due to personal circumstances, cancellations sometimes happen. The £30.00 deposit is non refundable, but if you cancel before your final payment is due, you won’t be charged any cancellation fees. Once you’ve paid the final balance, we cannot offer any refunds for cancellations unfortunately.
